Skills We’re Looking For

Track Hoe Operators
Track Hoe Operators excavate, move, and grade earth with track hoe machines, along with performing routine safety inspections, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
Dozer Operators
Dozer operators prepare the work site, including moving soil, rocks, debris, and leveling the ground, as well as regularly checking and repairing equipment for fault, wear, or damage.
Loader Operators
Loader Operators use vehicles equipped to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas, along with taking part in regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance needs on heavy equipment.
Articulated Truck Operators
Articulated Truck Operators have the task of transporting and dumping loose materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed rock materials at work sites. Operators also assist with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Roller Operators
Roller Operators are responsible for driving the rolling machine to compact earth fills, subgrades, flexible base, and bituminous surface to grade specifications preparatory to construction of roadways.
General Labor
Laborers have the general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project, and may include maintenance, cleaning, and repairing equipment.
Pipe Layer
Pipe Layers are responsible for assembling and connecting pipe systems for water mains, sewers, and drains in civil construction projects.
