One way we foster a strong sense of community and spiritual growth is through our weekly Bible study held right within our company. This provides a space for our employees to come together, share experiences, and support one another in their personal and professional journeys. We also organize various events and initiatives, such as employee appreciation programs, which demonstrate our genuine care for our team. These efforts are coordinated by our dedicated Care Team, which plans focused events to nurture employee well-being, strengthen family bonds through dinners and retreats, and extend care to the wider community, including prisoners.

Leading our ministry efforts is Jason Cline, a dedicated Chaplain at Covenant Constructors. Jason’s experience, education, and certification in ministry make him an invaluable member of our team. His presence extends beyond that of a mere chaplain; he actively engages with our employees, visiting job sites, and providing support and care. Jason’s personal commitment to men’s ministry, financial coaching, and authorship further reflects his passion for nurturing holistic well-being.
