Covenant Constructors may have started small in February 2017, but team work, integrity, commitment and faith have led them to become leaders in the Nashville construction industry. With nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Covenant Constructors leader Tim Walker wanted to run his own business and with Michael Dickson as his second-in-command, they grew a team of 5 to nearly 60 within two years. With a goal to reach $20M in 5-years, they assembled a team known for their high attention to detail and a dedication to quality, enabling them to reach that goal in less than 3 years. Their expertise in site development has shone through as they’ve built strong relationships with clients of all sizes, establishing long-term business relationships and repeat customers.

As his team grew by leaps and bounds, Walker recognized the value of utilizing technology to improve their efficiency and accuracy, making a commitment to acquire a modern fleet of equipment outfitted with the latest GPS and artificial intelligence. This decision has allowed Covenant Constructors to develop a top-notch team of experts armed with the most advanced technology available to tackle construction projects of all sizes. To keep the team at the top of their game, Covenant continually improves its skills with ongoing training and upgrades their equipment as new advancements are available.
